Refunds:

Due to the Glass Industry, we follow the same rules our fabrication department does. Since we are the installation and technician department there are no refunds on any glass orders, custom glass table tops or shower enclosures. All glass and mirror hardware sales are final.

Company Policy: Any orders over $5000.00 must be signed by the client and they must upload a copy of their Driver License for 90 days. Before an order is processed.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Every Client: receives a copy of this mailed to their home address. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@glassprovision.com.
